Trolling motor help

I had my boat cover on have way, and I think a critter stepped on my foot control and wrapped my cover in my trolling motor prop blowing the fuse or circuit breaker. My boat is a tracker targa 17 wt and the trolling motor is a minnkota. I looked in my manual says its a fuse or circuit breaker independent of the rest of the boats wiring. I have looked all over cant find anything any help would be appreciated.
