I got a heck of a deal on a Big Jon dual planer mast with a set of Super Ski Twins for $150! Ran the setup the other night and lost one big king while trolling off the mouth of the Escanaba River. The boards handled the waves well, but they lag awful far behind the boat. My dad has a set of small dual skis for his rig that shoot right out to the side, so I guess that's what I'm used to them doing. Is there a way to tweak my boards so that they go out, more than back? They are collapisble boards that lock into position, so I cannot adjust the angle the boards face away from the boat. Best option I can come up with is to drill a new hole in the board for the line tie, a couple inches behind it's current location. That should increase the angle on the boards away from the boat, right? Anybody else use these boards and have any tips for me? Any help would be great.

Moved to boat rigging.
