From Cabelas "R-A-M™ Compact B-Size Bow Cam Mount
Always wanted to film your hunt, but afraid of the added hassle of handling a camera while on stand? The R-A-M™ mount is the easy, no-hands way to film your next hunt.
Just thread the R-A-M™ mount into your bow's stabilizer hole, attach the ball mount to your camera's tripod hole, then secure the ball in the socket. A single winged knob makes it easy to secure the camera in the ball socket and adjust its exact positioning.
Includes R-A-M™ mount and ball mount. The lighter weight B-size mount is for compact cameras. It weighs .455 lbs. and is 4-1/2" long. "

Looks interesting...anyone ever try one?

Thanks,

I had one probably 5 years ago. I have an older camera...pre size of a deck of cards. It made my bow really heavy. Decided it wasn't worth it. I would guess it would be alot better with the lighter cameras.

No thanks
I have the chance of enough things going wrong with a buck in my sights without worrying about a camara dangling from the end of my bow.

A friend of mine used one and you can see the buck walking, stopping and you can tell my friend drew his bow . The next thing you see is a blurb and then the buck running off. The vibration of the bow being released jars the camera enough to make the picture blurry.
