Both rods have the same carbon fiber reel seat as the GLX. Both are also protected by the Loomis 'Expeditor' warranty service. Loomis will replace broken rods for $45.00 within a week, shipping paid.
Nice casting rods with plenty of spine down low yet a fine tip to help prevent break-offs.
