I have the OL-5000 sight on my parker EZ Draw and recently it started creeping around on me after every shot. I called cutomer service to see if they had any Ideas on what I could do for this and they said, "We'll ship you out a new rail". 2 days later there it was. I rarely ever get good customer service so I thought I would drop them plug.
I wasn't expecting or asking for anything to be replaced because I have been using the sight for a few years now, but I appreciate it just the same.
Ever have any similar experiences?

Actually, I just had a great experience with Cobra's customer service department. I had a RH Sidewinder Radiant sight on my LH bow. Called Cobra to see if it was an issue, and they offered to convert the sight to LH at NO CHARGE.
I shipped it to them Next Day Air to save a couple of days of down time. Well, they shipped it back to me Next Day Air too! Total down time: 3 days. I am VERY happy with Cobra Archery's customer service.

Maybe it's me but I have better luck with customer service in the archery world than anywhere else. Lots of good people that stand behind their product.
Copper John,Trophy Taker,Bowtech,ASAT Camo, PSE, Savage Systems, Sure Loc, Martin Archery...I have stories for all of these where they've gone above and beyond. Some of them on numerous occasions.
Glad to hear there's a couple more to add to the list.

I think it's good to keep a small mental note of these caring companies. I will definately reward them with future purchases.

That's what it takes. Reward those that deserve it and sink those that don't.
Here's a story...
Ealier this year I responded to a post about a Copper John sight on another forum. I mentioned I loved the Copper John Deadnuts 3 but told him to spen the $ and buy the protective cup they sell as well as I replaced my fiber at LEAST 3 times last season. I got this email the next day from Doug Springer.
Hi Kelly,
I am one of the owners of Copper John and I noticed in your thread that you have had multiple problems with our .019 fiber. I sincerely appologize for the problem and am writing to let you know we have switched to a new fiber material which is MUCH stronger. I would like to send you some on us. Truth is...I had bought a Spott Hogg the week before. I put it up for sale that day and bought another Copper John (WITH the cup) ;)

Kudos to HHA , I am useing a triple threat site by HHA on my bow . Last yr one of the fiber opt. broke . They said send it to them , so I did . In 4 days it was repaired and back to me . NO CHARGE .

HHA has ben good to me too.
Bowtech has been great. 2nd day air some parts to me and I was not even the original owner.
