Does anyone know a quality pig roaster in the metro detroit area. I'm looking at hiring someone for an event on Oct. 6 in South Lyon. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We did one for my mom's surprise Bday a couple weeks back and the guys on the board were right, do it yourself, it is way cheaper and fun. We ended up tracking down a roaster(probably going to be your biggest challenge) and bought our 90# pig at Sparrow Meats in Kerrytown in Ann Arbor. It was about $2 a pound for the pig and I got a keg of Wartsteiner and that was all I needed. We ended up feeding probably between 65-80 people with it and still had some leftover for BBQ pork sandwiches for a few days.
