24ft everything has been taken out the guy i got it from made it a tack shop/store all the tanks and the rest is still attached to turn it back in to a travel trailer if you want to do that the furnace works would make a great bunk house for hunting there is a lot of room inside looking to trade for a small motorhome or a smaller travel trailer thanks joe - See More Here: http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/classifieds/showproduct.php?product=1846
