This piano is in good condition for its age. Need a tuning. It’s a Bond piano #22495 built by Packard Piano Company around 1910’s. I’m given it away to anyone who will pick it up. If you want it PM me and let me know before August 20th, on the 20TH it with be put on to the burn pile and set ablaze. - See More Here: http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/classifieds/showproduct.php?product=1843
I wish I had room. Packards are great pianos, still much sought after. I can appreciate your giving it away, but burning it would be a shame.
I wonder if theres a piano rescue out there.LOL

I have called all the local schools, churchs, goodwill, everyone I could think of. I just paid $150 for someone to come and take one out of my old home and I turn around and find out that they left one in my new home for me. I'm not about to pay another $150 to get rid of it.

I feel for you brother. We we moved in our home last year and the previous owner left us a player piano in the basement. I did some research in it and discovered it was made between 1901-1910. It was purchased at J.L Hudsons. Besides that, it weighs a ton!

:yeahthat:
I can't see burning it, unless of course it is taking up room that could be occupied by fishing equiptment (not walleye gear ;) ).

Yep e-bay would be a good place to put it. That would be great to save it from the rath of fire. Ever try a museum?

If the ebay thing doesn't work, try a pay per view for the fire!
I would try the ebay thing. You never know what people will buy.

Good deal. Didn't want to here another piano fire like the one around Reeds lake in Grand RApids in the 50's? I guess they dumped so many around the swamps of Reeds that they started them on fire to get rid of them.
