Well, we've done worse... we got 5th place out of 20 boats with two nice keepers for 5.41 lbs. Big bass was a shopping 5.02 lbs!! Winning bag was 4 fish for over 14 lbs if memory serves! They had 4 bucket mouths... got them on power worms texas rigged on the weedlines. We were also fishing the weedlines mostly with senko's and creature baits. I lost a fish that would have put us in 3rd easily... hit my scum frog and got stuck in the weeds... got off before we could get to him.
Of the 20 boats, only 6 or 7 weighed in fish so I don't think we did too awful bad. I can't count how many times this season I've been one fish away from the money or 5th place where they pay out 4 places. Sucks!!!!:bash:
Oh well, off to Gander Mnt. tomorrow for some power worms before heading up to Wabasis.
