I've got a trip with my dad coming up in short order (middle next week), and thought about getting guided trip for Smallmouth on the Au Sable, which I hear are fishing pretty well, though we've never done that before. A guide trip might give us a good start, but all the guides I've found are fly fishing only--fine for me, but my dad doesn't flyfish. Anybody know a guide for the lower Au Sable that will take us out to chuck some hardware? Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.
