Just wondering how you guys faired in your tournament this morning?

Not very well, we caught fish but no keepers. The winners caught 17 walleyes but only 5 keepers. The biggest fish was 18.5". It was very windy!!!! We could not fish the spot you and I got them on Saturday. It is very difficult to troll on that East to West running weed line with a 10-20mph South wind. The guys trolling the deep water had the most sucess today.

Yeah, I figured with that wind you would have a tough time where we were on Saturday.

We never even got to fish today. When we went out last night (caught a lot of perch trolling cranks!) I noticed we were leaving a slick on the water... when I got back to the dock and tilted the motor up fuel came spilling out of the casing... I have a bad fuel line connection... the swedged fitting has gotten old and the line brittle and it is leaking bad! So we tried to fix it with no luck (try finding a T fitting on a Sunday in Glen Arbor!! LOL!!). Will only take me 10 minutes to fix here at home though.

Yeah, I think he is hooked. WF even bought a harness at Gander MTN. By the way it did not fly out of the boat. I found it lying near the motor. I'll let you konw if I catch someting on it.:lol: Rick

You're welcome to use it until I get back up there again! I would like to get back up there one more time before you hang up the rods for the bow. I promised Vickie I would get her out fishing on a real boat sometime this year! The Glastron is pretty small even with only 2 people fishing from it. LOL!!!
