I haven't bought one in a long time,but I think it was Michigan In Fisherman Magazine(maybe wrong name) that use to feature a individual lake in the back of their magazine with depths,launches,and fish guides on it.My question is where can I get some maps of certain lakes in michigan like the magazine had.Any suggestions would be helpful,thanks!!

If you can get to a Gander Mtn. or Bass Pro shop store they have them there,,,,,they're called Fishing Hot Spot maps I believe. Not all the lakes but a good selection available.

The DNR Website can give you a decent map of almost any lake in Michigan.

I think your thinking Michigan outdoor news. Those are right from Sportsman Connection book. Available from Gander Mt. for $19.99 per book. Lower peninsula is broken down into 5 sections. Good books, i got them.

Was just at gander mountain, the books they have there are very nice and detailed, even say what kinda fish that they have in the lake.

be careful getting maps from dnr site. some of them are REALLY old and outdated. launches and public land is not even there anymore.
