Buell lake is good this time of year for panfish, bass and the occasionally large walleye(yes there is some in there) worms and jigs off the dropoffs, plus it is quiet and nice for a canoe.

There are a ton of no wake lake in SE Michigan because it is urban, Kent Lake is my favorite.
Heron Lake near Mt. Holly is electric motors only. Lots of gills/crappie but most fish under 8". Usually lots of action. Part of the same state park complex is Valley and Wildwood Lakes. You can use a motor on those lakes but no wake.

Buell lake is off on the corner of lake and genesse road. You need a boat, you cant just fish from shore there is absolutely no wake tho and is very nice, big dropoffs, there is two lakes, the bigger has panfish, walleye, bullhead, bass and pike, the other smaller lake is mainly good for topwater for bass and pike, good luck.
