the seasons are changing

the days are getting shorter now and soon we'll feel that hint of fall!:D time to pull out the old stick and string.

I took about a month 1/2 off from shooting the bow since last season.

Been shooting more now then I ever have...and I LOVE IT !!

I made the switch from aluminum to carbon this month and will be picking up my bow from Jays this weekend. I tried to have new limbs put on but at what it would cost for Hoyt to special order them, I'll save the money and use towards a new bow in the next year or two.
The deer cleaned out the garden the night before and the neighbor stopped by and said that he knew I like to hunt and that I am more than welcome to hunt his property. Plenty of deer crossing between his property and mine. Not to mention the grouse. :woohoo1: Seasons of change is good! Acquiring new hunting property, priceless!!

I the days are getting shorter and I loveing every minute that we lose. I just go an invite last night hunt deer in eastern Kentucky on my future uncles private land in the mountains. I am also getting some of my freinds to go hunting this year it is going to be a great year.

Smell that...its getting closer.
