Just got my speed pro max carbon arrows , supper fast, but already broke one of them from shooting at some 3ds tonight. DOnt think the will make it til hunting season..

Those arrows are ultralight, but very fragile.

nope! yust pulling out of the deerand the insert was missing with half of the tip gone..

That's amazing to break an arrow that easily. I have shot and literally stuck a Gold Tip into the concrete basement wall and did no damage at all. I have been shooting Carbon Express for several years now and they are extremely durable. Are you sure it wasn't damaged before you shot it, maybe a small hairline crack that happened when it was cut or the insert was added. I would have serious reservations about shooting an arrow that fragile as I would be afraid it would explode on release.

I thought carbons were supposed to be durable. I'll stick to aluminum and avoid the possability of glass in my hand. I just shoot at the 5 (target) targets to avoid shafting the aluminums.
