We fished a full day at Fletcher Pond on Saturday. Between the two of us we caught:
1. 19" largemouth (white and green spinner bait, 2' of water)
2. 25 gills only 4 of which were potential keepers
3. 10 perch only 1 of which was a potential keeper
We lost one pike which had hit on a sucker minnow.
We camped at Jack's Landing for two nights. The facilities at Jack's were fine and the meals at the restaurant were good. However, some of the employees at Jack's were rude and treated us like we were bothering them.
While we would have liked to catch a few more bass/pike, we had a nice weekend and the weather was fantastic.
We stopped at Jewell lake on the way home and caught a 14" largemouth on a firetiger rapala.
