Has anyone caught or seen any white perch lately? I have not been bothered by them for what seems like a few years. Maybe they died off? It is sure easier on the crawlers not having them around!

PS Slow day out at 29 and 30. 5 fish caught 2 lost (keepers!) and only one legal 13&1/2 in the box. :bash: box.

Hi. I did manage to catch a white perch a week ago Friday in the area you fished. Smashed its head on the swim platform. I too thought they had gone away. They just love crawlers.

Caught about three white perch last week in the same area you were fishing. One of them had milkers leaking out ..... didn't know they spawned in that deep of water. That's right about them stealing bait ..... got their share of my crawlers. :)
