I was wondering if anyone has been having any luck around north island. I was out last thursday 23rd fishing with harnesses and jigs but didn't get a bite. We were fishing in 10-12 fow and marking fish on the bottom but no luck. I did talk to a DNR officer who was at the marina and he said no one has been doing very well during the day. He did say they were doing real well at night around north island. Has anyone fished north island at night and if so with what? I did catch a nice 17 inch walleye and a bunch of cats fishing at night in Sandpoint off my parents dock, and about 2 weeks ago a 26 inch eye while bass fishing with a white plastic worm.
