GOOD SCR report

[River Rat]

fished saturday afternoon, started around 7:30 till 10:00 caught at least 25, kept 12, limit for me and 300 win mag[dennis] landed 6 double headers. biggest 4# smallest 15 inches. if in need of further details, where and what we were using send me a pm. i will give you the details..

I've been telling Smiley the same thing Gary, I have plans this week end and won't be out, but plan on fishing the scr the following week end. I'll keep you both posted on when and maybe we can all hook up.

Thanks for the report River Rat I've been out of the loop for a few weeks my busy season. But from what I have heard the river is real hot weather your whippin, pullin wire, driftin, or jiggin it's all good, tomorrow early in the morn I'll be jiggin in the Marysville area.

ed stringer,you werent kidding about the scr being on fire..i went to port huron last night to fish the wall and the 15-20 people up there all had fish..it was my first try at "walking the wall" used the 2 jig setup and within 3 minutes had my first fish it was a keeper but i threw it back most of the guys there said they were catching them nonstop but only a handful of keepers one guy told me it had just started to slow down..still managed 4 fish in about an hour before i had to leave,,the guy that was with me had a sick child at home and i guess she started getting worse so we high tailed it back home ...but since i know where im going now it wont take me an hour and 45 mins to get there..going back tonight..
