How well do pendulm sites work?

If they work as advertised why dosen't everyone use them?

Because they do not work as advertised!

I purchased a Keller for me, two brothers, and a nephew. None of us are still using them. They do work for all situations. I personally shot fine with one from 10 - 25 yards out of a tree stand, but get out side of that and I started to loose it. When I hunted from the ground, forget about it!

If you want a one pin sight, go to the Pollington scope. It works as good as many say it does. Low light shots are much easier.

Good luck with your search.

Hi I shoot with a kellar site and love it ....I have shot with it for about 10 years now and would recommend to anyone.....it does take a little practice to get used to it and trust it....but after that....draw, anchor and shoot....no yardage guessing needed any more...;)

Good luck...

I tree stand hunt 100% . The KELLER sight has put a PILE of meat in the freezer over the years . GREAT HUNTING SITE !! :) you can lock the site & shoot flat footed on the ground also

Pendelums can make a difference with a slower arrow and the longer the distance, the more angles the shot and the slower the arrow...the better they work.

Most shots from an average hunting stand (12-18ft) and ranges under 30-35yards from a bow shooting 260+...the difference is minimal though.

If you shoot heavy arrows at slower speeds it may be worthwhile.

I don't think they are nessessary with the faster arrow speeds of 250+fps . I shoot a moveable one pin sight and lock it in at 25 yards .It is effective from 15-35 yards with a slight bit of hold over or under to comphensate for distances over or under 25 yards .

i had one about 8 years ago and thought it was the cat's meow at the time. i don't remember the brand off hand but it did move a little too much for a second or two after anchoring which in did not like. than i shot a pollington and switched to that......... loved it..... should the whole set up to my b.i.l. and bought the bsa red dot scope and will most likely never change. to each his own i suppose just my useless opinion.

I’ve shot the Predator IV for years now without any problems. Last time I checked it for distance I was right on @ 38yds with my MQ1. It actually has an adjustment for the speed of your bow to help make it more accurate. I’ve actually put the thing in the freezer for several days and it’s still as smooth and quiet as it was before I put in. It’s made in Nunica Mi.
