just a little update to let you guys know how the boat is coming along.the last set of pics was the new transom going in and heres some new ones.
floor half sanded. the whole floor is sanded now but i wanted to take a pic to show the difference from before and after sanding. the guy that had it before glued carpeting down everywhere. the new floor will be painted with a none skid gray paint.

heres the right side stringer that the top was rotted out.

new one cut out and waiting to be covered with fiberglass.

this next pic is the drain plug area. the old transom was wood all the way to the floor but when we put the new transom in we cut it short all the way around so it could be glassed in solid.after its glassed in we will just drill a new hole for the drain plug.

here it is again all formed up and waiting for the liquid epoxy fill.

the drain plug area was filled this afternoon along with the holes we drilled to clamp the new transom in. i also did some glass work on the floor and the sides. i will have some more pics tomorrow with the new drain plug,some floor work and hopefully the new stringer glassed in.
