Merc, 9.9 repair

Does any body know of a good place to take an outboard motor to get it repaired in southeastern Mi.

It bogs down when you give full throttle

It's probably running hot or lean..
when is the last time you put an impeller in it?
If she is running can you touch the top of the block behind the flywheel or is it to hot?
How are your skills at cleaning a carb?

New impeller,Clean Carb,and fuel tank.

Ok I know you said you put in a new impeller but can you verify that she is not running hot,the seals on the water tube and pickup tube are kinda famous for going bad on those,you should be able to touch the top of the block in front of the cylinder head,,if it's getting to hot to touch.
Also after it runs for a min or 2 dose she start to sneeze.
I will trust you have that carb adjusted properly,,are you getting blow-back through the carb?
