Comment - This fly was Leonard Halladay's version of the Royal Coachman. Dr. Kirgen, a physician from Cincinnati, was a close friend of Len Halladay. The two of them often fished the Boardman River back in the 20's and 30's. Submitted by Tom Deschaine.
