They're great marty: what did you use for supports jam?? Trout: Same place I turkey hunt I know an old cattle farmer I have hunted there for 3 yrs jam2000: We set 4 cedar trees, the size of small utility poles. Then bolted them together with 4X4's Stalker: that's the way to did it trout. You can scout the one while hunting the other marty: thats a good idea I was thinking about 6x6 buried in the ground with some cement about 3 feet in the ground marty: get them about 14 foot tall Trout: You can use 4x4s treated and build it just like a deck Plant some vines around it Stalker: My brother just stacked up pallets to make a raise blind marty: would 4x4's hold the weight with the blind and me and my daughter Trout: One 4x4 will support about 2300 lbs. jam2000: Mine were about 25 ft'rs. We built a floor and then built a regular enclosed blind on top of it.
